Job Description

    Job Description- Channel Acquisition & Business Growth Managers:Locations-
    • Jhunjhunun, Tonk, Pali, Karauli, Jodhpur - Rajasthan
    • Baster - Chhattisgarh
    • Rajgarh, Dhar - Madhya Pradesh
    • Nalgonda, Hyderabad - Telangana
    • Thiruvannamalai - Tamil Nadu
    • ChhotaUdepur - Gujarat
    The role would primarily include frontline retail sales activity. On boarding new Distributors & Retailers in an assigned territory will be the key responsibility of these resources. Will be responsible for expanding the distribution, building rapport with the channel partners (relationship management) & promote Product Range selling in the assigned territory.The KPIs would demand and include: 1. Distribution (New Sales) & growth on key products like Insurance, Assets, CASA, MicroATM, Ecommerce and Value Added Services2. Shortlisting & On boarding of New Retailers in identified districts & retention of High Value Retailers3. Pin code Coverage Responsible to ensure distribution in all pin codes of the assigned territory4. Ensure that the Active Retailer Base grow as per the distribution plan5. Deepening: Ensure the product depth is increased at all retailer pointsKey Attributes & Skill Sets: 1. Disciplined, Enthusiastic & Go-getter2. Good communication skills (verbal as well as written)3. 1.5 to 7 years of experience working in a similar rolePreferably from Fintech, Telecom & FMCG Sector only.
