• Working on multiple external customer facing applications along with front end development data engineering teams
• Designing and Development of complete end to end features and integrations with other applications
• Estimating efforts and implement end to end solutions coordinating with cross functional teams
• Building innovative features and automating processes to enhance customer experience and performance of application
• As a part of global team, participate and lead conversations and meetings within team, across teams, with stakeholders, with customers to collect feedback, requirements to ensure timeline delivery of the digital product.
• As part of customer success team, deliver timely support and execute based on customers expectation.
• Understanding technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals.
• Understanding key cross-functional concepts that impact the organization; is aware of business priorities and organizational dynamics.
• Resolving day-to-day issues related to strategy implementation.
• Escalating issues that impact the client and/or strategic initiatives
• Reacting open-mindedly to new perspectives or ideas.
• Considering different or unusual solutions when appropriate
