      • Key Responsibilities : Provide day to day operations support for oil and gas-based applications by performing troubleshooting and technical analysis to identify root causes and develop problem resolutions Provide application defect-fix and enhancement to meet maintenance process requirement Participate in application enhancement, upgrade or application enablement Solid understanding and experience with databases SQL Oracle Master IT operation processes and their related tools like Problem Management
      • Technical Experience : Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and recommend solutions Knowledge on Java and ASPnet is an advantage Should understand working on SQL Server/ SQL queries queries
      • Professional Attributes : Bachelors degree in any domain with 4 years of graduation period from a recognized university scoring GPA 60 and above Minimum 3-4 years of experience in related fields ie, Applications Support
