Enablement Program Manager, Global Services Field OperationsPosting Location : Location Remote US NCPosting date 6 hours ago(4/23/2021 6:07 AM)Job ID 86344 Remote base Remote-US Job summary The Red Hat Global Services Field Operations team is looking for an Enablement Program Manager, Global Services Field Operations to join us. In this role, you ll report directly to the Global Services Field Operations Leader and be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities related to supporting the growing scope, focus, and maturity of Global Services Operations processes and the need to promote greater consistency in field enablement and content assets. Your key responsibilities include leading the Enablement program, initiative based planning, delivering virtual training to all stakeholders across Services business, content management, building expertise within Global and Regional teams, stakeholder management, change management, and communication. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. Primary job responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for Services Field Operations Enablement needs and build Enablement roadmap proactively
• Build training and job tool assets (e.g., slides, videos, reference sheets, etc.) to support enablement efforts across all Services initiatives
• Coordinate with the Global Partner and Technical Enablement team to implement training courses using Red Hat systems like Red Hat University (RHU) and Red Hat Media Space
• Perform the launch of trainings programs with field associates and track and report progress on training consumption and impact
• Lead projects to enable field teams on the latest Global Services Operations processes, tools, and policies
• Create, maintain, and curate Global Services Operations content related to system, processes, and policies
• Perform on-going curation and maintenance of Global Services Operations content as business practices evolve
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and regional teams on identifying content gaps
• Establish content review processes and content management best practices for the team
• Maintain the presence of the Global Services Operations team with Red Hat collaboration portals e.g., The Source Intranet and Red Hat Video
• Build expertise and share best practices across all regional teams
• Provide tactical support to all Operations teams globally and help them navigate operational challenges
• Manage centralized repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
• Guide change management activities to communicate and enable business users on process and system changes utilizing formal and informal written communication methods and training methods e.g., emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, live or recorded training sessions, etc.
• Enable geographically dispersed associates working across timezones

Required skills

• Self-starter with experience working as a project or program manager or business analyst in a fast paced organization
• Comfortable speaking to large and small groups in live as well as recorded sessions
• Good familiarity with training tools and experience in enabling across geographies
• 5+ years of experience in dealing with complex projects and multicultural and multi-disciplinary across widely diverse corporate management teams, as well as a broad spectrum of regional and global internal partners
• Experience with establishing and contributing to process improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical ability, and business judgment
• Possess a healthy balance of business and technical background or experience
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a persuasion-oriented and cross-functional environment
• Ability to collaborate across levels of the enterprise within a geographically distributed team
• Passion for business understanding and improving business processes
• Business analysis, consulting or advisory, or project or customer management experience is a big plus
