Job Description

  • Work closely with offshore partners to provide a seamless processing environment
  • Recall stock from borrowing brokers when reallocations are not an option. Monitor the recalls and book returns accurately, by rebate and div.
  • Researching and clearing share exceptions between systems
  • Respond to client service and trading requests with accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify and implement Inventory Management process and control improvements
In addition, the staff member will be accountable for the following:
  • Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role
  • Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in behavior.
  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
  • Support the Risk Excellence culture within the business
  • Processing and validation of transactions to ensure STP Front to Back
Assist with any new projects/new initiatives
  • Bachelor s degree in business, finance or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with financial markets and Stock Lending
  • Strong product knowledge across all assets groups Equity and Fixed Income
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of security loans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
