KRA: Liaise with Wipro teams & external learning/vendors partners in identifying and implementing various learning interventions within the organization.Maintain consultative relationships with people in subject-matter expert and senior leadership roles and seek inputs on various learning initiatives in the organization.Develop/ update & evaluate training materials and delivery methods for existing & new manager as well as leadership teams.
