About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will work closely with Joveo s marketing and sales leadership teams to build and execute digital marketing campaigns and ABM programs. You will lead initiatives to drive site traffic growth, convert that traffic into leads for sales, create frictionless buyer journeys, accelerate deal velocity, and report results to the business.
To ensure success in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of SEO, digital ads, social media, and ABM tools, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Key responsibilities
Grow new leads and support their journey through all stages of the marketing and sales funnels
Manage demand generation programs, including email marketing, online ads, social, ABM, and others
Work with the content team to create new campaigns, landing pages, CTAs, and lead generation content (including offers)
Optimize our website for enhanced visibility on search engines and grow organic traffic
Manage Joveo s social media accounts, and increase the company s follower base, engagement, and social traffic
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop feedback with sales to understand how our demand generation efforts turn into customers, and continually optimize our process to convert and delight customers
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA in Marketing preferred
In-depth knowledge of SEO, digital ads, social, and relevant tools. Certifications are a plus.
3+ years of experience leading highly successful digital marketing programs in technology companies
Startup experience is a plus
Good understanding of marketing automation and CRM is a plus.
High levels of creativity and a data-driven mindset are a must.
Great communication skills, especially spoken and written English
Excellent time and project management skills
Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail required
Self-starting, with a sense of urgency
