You will be responsible for understanding the application architecture, providing bug fixes for production issues, and ensuring deliverables meet the defined quality standards.Your Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support for our AWS infrastructure and services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Translate business and technical requirements into well-implemented solutions within the AWS ecosystem. Develop and maintain scripts, primarily in Python, to automate routine. tasks and deploy AWS resources efficiently. Assist in implementing data architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices in data management and security. Uphold and contribute to the development of data architecture standards, blueprints, and principles. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection policies during solution development and support activities. Collaborate with data engineering teams, supporting them in aligning with the defined data architecture and modelling standards. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to AWS support processes, system architectures, and data flows. Engage actively with the Senior Leadership, contributing to new business opportunities and high-quality service delivery. Maintain professionalism in client interactions, building trust and demonstrating competenceSkills and Attributes for Success:Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in AWS support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). Proficient in Python for scripting and automation tasks. Solid understanding of data architecture principles and cloud data management. Familiarity with SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members. Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools. Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams.Nice to Have: Experience with advanced AWS services and features, especially in the areas of AI and machine learning. Practical experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams. Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI Knowledge of cloud security best practices and tools, including AWS security services. Exposure to big data technologies and analytics platforms. Involvement in AWS community events or user groups, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and community engagement.
