Job Description

Designation:Deputy Manager SalesExperience:6 to 7 yrs(Relevant Industrial Experience is preferred)CTC:Up to 9.6 LPA( 6 LPA Fixed pay and up to 3.6 LPA Variable pay)Qualification:MBA/PGDM(Marketing), Any Graduate

  2. Pre-Sales Handling.
  3. Training new Sales Executives.
  4. Negotiations and Closures.
  5. Supporting to CRM Team.
  6. Tracking lead generation to closure.
  7. Helping the team to handle different personalities and boosting them to reach their targets.
  8. Profitable business sales closure.
  9. Preparations of various reports to enable higher management to analyze the data
  10. Mentoring the team members and help them close the deals
  11. Communicate with the CRM Team for giving adequate data regarding the new bookings
  12. Facilitating a smooth transition of the client with the CRM Team.
  13. introducing the clients to various bankers and thereafter allowing the CRM Team to continue the coordination
