Job Description

    BSCPL Infrastructure Limited is seeking a seasoned HR professional for the role of DGM/AGM-HR. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic HR leadership within the engineering, construction, or real estate sectors.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic HR Leadership:
      • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
      • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
      • Enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
    2. Talent Acquisition:
      • Oversee recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
      • Design and implement effective onboarding programs.
    3. Talent Management:
      • Implement performance management, succession planning, and career development strategies.
      • Develop job descriptions, competency models, and skill matrices.
      • Design team-building exercises and employee engagement activities.
    4. Compensation & Benefits:
      • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
      • Regularly review compensation to ensure market competitiveness.
      • Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure legal compliance.
    5. Talent Development:
      • Identify training needs and develop skill enhancement programs.
      • Facilitate leadership development and promote a learning culture.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations, Systems, or Operations.
    • Experience: Minimum 20 years in HR, preferably in engineering, construction, or real estate.
    • Skills:
      • Strong strategic HR leadership and talent management abilities.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
