Job Description

It reports to the Director of Information Governance.This role will be focused on executing multiple hands-on, enterprise level, large-scale migration projects and engagements using provided work instructions. This role works directly with the Information Governance Migration team, project management while independently working on the projects using provided instruction.Responsibilities

  • Process and run assigned project steps, attend meetings, organize time, and resources.
  • Must follow written instructions provided due to the sensitivity and chain of custody requirements of the data/exports.
  • Document steps taken, track hours and update Migration team and project management.
  • Assist the Migration team as necessary and appropriate.
  • Daily reporting of migration progress to team for each project
Qualifications/Required Skills/Experience
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Data Migration
  • Strong work experience within the IT industry, with experience in using web portals to do exports of email data from archives.
  • Microsoft Excel proficient, using Excel to track and manage the migration.
  • Windows OS and basic data storage understanding
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Must be comfortable with repetitive and mundane tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high pace environment.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Shift time will be 2 11 PM India Time for this role. Candidates should be willing to work in any shift as per business need
Desired Skills/Experience
  • Experience with online archives
  • Experience with any data loader tools
  • Experience in Reporting using any reporting tools (for example - PL/SQL etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high pace environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Forensic Collection Background a plus.
