ISS Data engineering team is looking for a Data Engineer (DE) to play a significant role in building our large-scale, high-volume, high-performance database solutions to drive WW Seller growth on Amazon.The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical abilities to synthesize data into crisp and clear recommendations for Data Scientists and product leaders. To be successful in this role, you should have broad skills in database design, ETL pipeline development in spark & optimize large and complex data sets. You should have extensive experience in the design, creation, management, and business use of extremely large datasets. You should have strong technical background yet verbally and cognitively agile enough to participate in strategy discussions with Amazons senior management team., 1+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role Experience with data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines Experience in SQL Experience working with AWS cloud environment with a strong understanding of DDB, S3, Redshift, Step functions etc. Experience working with both supervised and unsupervised machine learning models Experience working with Orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow Experience in developing and operating large scale data structures for Data science / Machine learning models Experience working with Amazon Sage maker (AWS Machine Learning Platform) Experience working on automating training data refresh for supervised ML models
