Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Manage high performing Curriculum Developers based in our Hyderabad office.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop and maintain high-quality, scalable instructor-led content.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish and implement underlying systems for development, delivery and certification data management.
  • Report on local development and delivery process and progress on regular basis.
  • Assess ongoing needs and opportunities for new catalog offerings as dictated by business needs and growth.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all local curriculum and coordinator-related projects, vendors, customer escalations and reports.
  • Work with marketing team to promote and position our course catalog and certification program.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 7+ years of experience in training and curriculum development, preferably in a leadership or program management role.
  • Detailed understanding of all aspects of managing a curriculum development team program including content design, methodology, and creation, as well as skills assessments, operations, and marketing.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple individuals with several project deliverables
  • Communicate and plan effectively to consistently complete deliverables on time
  • Strong vendor management skills including contract negotiation and performance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as commitment to quality with high degree of responsiveness, courage, judgement, energy and drive
  • Demonstrate Equality Diversity
  • Strong operational expertise in adhering to and creating scalable processes.
  • Understanding of and experience with exam development preferred.
