Thisroleensures that allTransformationinternal and external communications are clear, concise, and value-add. Additionally, thisroleoversees communications channels to deliver content to the right audiences at the right time and in the right channel.In this role, you will work with the CSOTransformation Teamto develop strategic communications initiatives that support and advance the CSO transformation vision and goals.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication plans for CSO Transformation programs including stakeholder mapping, communications strategy, design, and multi-channel implementation.
  • Provide executive communications support forthe CSO SVP and TransformationLeader including developing and running Quarterly All Hands meetings, exec announcements andpresentations.
  • Develop content and creative execution to provide a consistent, target and impactful message to internal and external audiences.
  • Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help withrecommendations. This may include integrated campaigns, blogs, webinars, video series and emails.
  • Ensure to align andutilize global campaign messaging and direction when needed from Global Marketing teams into campaigns and strategy.
  • Contribute ideas for new events by researching and recommending.
  • Work closely and proactively with the team to achieve desire result.
  • Stay informed of developments in the field to foster ideas andinnovation.
  • Ensure communications strategies are informed by solid dataanalytics.
  • Build strong internal partnerships with cross-functional teams inside and beyondteam.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • A bachelor s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 5years of working with communications channels (e.g. intranet, emails, Slack, etc.) and experience working with internal communications and change management programs.
  • 5 years of written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to effectively communicate business plans, ideas, and recommendations through detailednarratives.
  • 5 years of familiarity and expertise with content creation tools, including blogs, emails, and videos.Familiarity with email marketing programs.
  • Track record of working with cross functional teams on capturing concepts and translating these to presentations.
  • Excellentorganizational, coordination, planning, and project/program management skills, along with a strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines,manage multiple projects,identifyproblems and raise issues at the right time.
  • Innovative mindset that feels comfortable challenging the way things are normallydone.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship buildingskills.
  • Possess a sense of urgency.Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy.
  • Experience working with a global team a plus but notrequired.
  • Experience in the technology sector a plus but notrequired.
Working Conditions:The physical environment requires the employee to work indoors in an office space. Employee is exposed to controlled temperature and air, adequate natural and artificial light, average noise levels. Employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time. Employee must be able to communicate and exchange information over the phone and/or via a computer. Employee must be able to perform work during the core working hours for therole, and may be asked to work different and/or additional hours. Some travel may be required.
