Key responsibilities of the role: Contact center technology developer specializing in Cisco CVP IVR development and implementation in Cisco Understand contact center business requirements and design and build Cisco CVP based IVR applications Design, build and unit test applications on the Cisco UCCE Platform Closely work with application lead and delivery team for successful project implementations. Experience Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in design, development and testing of contact center solutions leveraging Cisco unified communication products like (UCCE, Self Service (CVP IVR), and IVR integration with Host and other third-party systems. Must have excellent understanding of Cisco CVP, Java, Webservices integration to build to an end to end IVR application Good to have Nuance Speech IVR integration knowledge Good to have requirements gathering and design expertise of contact center solutions,
