Job Description

CLSA:Job Title/Designation:Pega Certified Lead System Architect Hitech City, Hyderabad, IndiaMachint Solutionsis seeking couple of Certified Lead System Architectsfor itsoffice inHitech City, Hyderabad, India.These are fulltime positions.Responsibilities ofthese positions include, but not limited to:

  • Lead complex software development initiatives, with responsibilityand by:
  • identifying key architectural considerations,dependenciesand risks
  • Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to gain consensus on approach
  • Creating designs which meet system requirements and anticipate future needs
  • Writing high quality codeanddelivering reusable libraries and services
  • Driving adoption of best practicesandguiding release planning efforts
  • isolating and correcting defect patterns and delivering working software to production
Experience and Qualifications required:
  • PEGA certification as an LSA is mandatory(CLSA)
  • 15+ yearsover all hands-on software development experience
  • Must have extensive proficiency in designingand monitoringbest practices,debuggingand tuning and be well-versed with using the PEGA platform to develop PEGA applications
  • Must have10+ years of experience in developing applications with PEGA
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Must have a thorough understanding with practical application ofIntegrations usingREST, SOAP, and Micro services
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency with relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, or Postgres)
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to operate independently
  • Must have experience conducting code inspections and reviews
  • Must have recent working experience with Agile methodologies
  • Should have participated in a platform migration effort
  • Should have experience or exposure to continuous integration methods and practices
  • Should be willing and able to mentor junior engineers
  • Nice to have experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Knockout
