If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).The SQL Developer will be responsible for developing applications and integrations using the Microsoft SQL Server platform. This will include reports, vendor imports, data warehousing tasks and other data related tasks. Responsible for development of specifications for the project, which require working closely with the Product Management team, various internal groups, and external clients. This position requires good communication and technical skills. Good to have insurance domain knowledge.Required Skills:1. Good Experience in writing T-SQL, Stored Procedures and Functions Tune queries, write Stored Procedures, perform indexing, manage other database elements Database design, coding, testing, debugging, and configuration2. Gather and understand requirements and develop business modules using T-SQL3. Write complex queries to conduct researches and implement complex business rules4. Performance optimization and troubleshooting new code.5. Have good working knowledge on Cognos Report Studio- Create List/Cross-tab/Charts reports with Report Studio- Designing the Drill Through reports according to customer needs. Develop reports with conditional formatting to apply styles- Create different types of business reports as per client requirementsResponsibilities:1. Excellent design skills for coming up with the schema that can be usable across multiple customers2. Design and develop T-SQL procedures, query performance tunings.3. Develop underlying data models and databases.4. Get familiar with existing business process and data structure.5. Learn code standards, development processes and tools.6. Analyze and resolve complex issues without over sight from other people.7. Create and maintain documentation for all projects8. Collaborate with team members and participate in design discussions9. Develop various reports like List reports, Crosstab reports and Dash Boards with Cognos 11 Analytics.10. Understanding of existing report logic and working on reports enhancements.11. Fixing of the report data and formatting issues.
