Key AccountabilitiesOperating Modelo Develop and leverage knowledge of IMS, DataGX and State Street products to assistin delivery of operational and product solutions to clients. Drive operating modelimprovements through automation, process optimization, cross divisioncollaboration, etc. Assist with development of strategic and tactical global solutionsfor clients working with GSC, Client COOs, Business Architecture, etc.Business Managemento Strong financial and business acumen to drive financial improvement across multiplefunctional disciplines. Assist with the development and maintenance of BusinessOperations (BAU) and project budgets. Drive Unit Cost Improvement throughanalysis and optimization. Work with local and global leadership to drive overalldivision and corporate profitability. Superior oral and written communication;comfortable making presentations to executives, peers and clients.Communication and Operational Client Service Deliveryo Act as an extension of our client service model ensuring seamless service deliveryacross Business Operations for our clientso Engage business leads and peers, interfaces with senior leaders across theorganization. Builds strong internal and external relationships and ensures servicequality and customer satisfactionData Managemento Partner with IMS, DataGX and Enterprise Data Governance and Management(EDGM), Data Stewards and Data Owners to drive the adoption of data standards,definitions, structures, hierarchies, taxonomies, attributes and models to supportand optimize end-to-end business solution flows.Information Classification: Limited Accesso Partner with colleagues and IT to develop documentation and communication ofsystem and process requirements to ensure smooth implementations, wellcontrolled operating models, and financial, service and risk excellenceo Drive data centric operational and data control through IMS and DataGX tools andgovernance to ensure data quality throughout our service modelo Understand data management concepts including metadata management, businesssemantics, business process management, and process flow analysisRisk Management/Risk Excellenceo Ensure business architecture and strategy addresses operations, risk and compliancerequirements in region; works with global teams to define and drive global standardswhile satisfying regional requirementso Create and drives adoption of Risk and Regulatory system and reporting standards,through standardizing calculation methods, data inputs and outputs, distribution,and information sourcingo Ensures redundancies in business solutions and risk data processes are reducedacross all cross divisional regulatory initiativesSales/Solutions Support Responsibilitieso Provide IMS Business Operations support to Sector Solutions and GCS teams in salesand consulting work with clients and prospects in region; ensure standards andcapabilities are well understood; ensure solutions address client requirements andhighlight gaps as identifiedo Proactively solicit feedback regarding new product initiatives and future productdevelopment needs in region; provides feedback to Management, GCS, Architectureand Product development teams.o Perform product demonstrationsProgram/Project Management:o Support new business onboarding, change management and strategic businessinitiatives utilizing sound program and project management skills.Information Classification: Limited AccessExperience, Qualifications, Skills and AbilitiesEssentialBachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Information SystemManagement10 years of experience in Financial Services IndustryFinancial Services background and solid understanding of InvestmentCreative thinker with the ability to think out-of-the-box while defining complex yetpractical data solutionsVery strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to workacross business linesMust display an ability to drive tasks through to completionStrong time management and organizational skills; Ability to multi task in a fastpaced environmentDemonstrated record of leading others to achieve goalsStrong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to interact and influence peers, managers and senior leaders,including the ability to influence C-level executivesExcellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiationskillsDesirableo Academic and market experience is expecting to be in line with regional operationalroles in the market.,
