Job Description

  • Implement operational service model for the ESAS System Specialist teams in order to absorb service requirements for internal Salesforce products used by the business
  • Collaborate with key business leaders to align IT deliverables with the operational needs of the System Specialist teams.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the ESAS system specialist teams and be the advocate between cross-functional groups
  • Actively manages priorities, tasks, and dependencies across multiple teams, in a fast-paced service environment, driving all issues to resolution.
  • Foster positive end user relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Measure customer feedback regularly from those receiving IT services and present findings to the management with continuous improvement recommendations
  • Provides visibility on project involvement through high level status reporting and lead cross-functional team meetings
  • Maintains team sites and ensures updated system documentation
  • Required Skills:
  • 2-4 years of technical program / management experience with strong analytical / problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage overall business initiatives and multiple project responsibilities, with experience in Agile and Scrum
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, define dependencies, identify risks, and outline mitigation plans against potential issues
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions
  • Experience in implementing SaaS solution implementation (Sales, Services, HR, Finance or Marketing)
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, conducive to collaboration
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with executives and both technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to engage with emotional intelligence as required to manage conflict and to make suggestions in a manner that is more likely to result in a desired outcome
  • Must be a self-starter, a strong team player, and Salesforce enthusiast who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a service-oriented attitude and with a customer focus
  • Familiarity with SOX protocols, Change Management and Release Management principles and processes
  • Deep knowledge and experience using common management tools: e.g. PlanView, SmartSheets, Visio, PowerPoint, Google docs
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Salesforce Administrator (201) and Salesforce Developer Certified (401) is a bonus
  • Experience with sandbox and production deployments
