Job Description

      • Organize to get the Trade complaints investigated at manufacturing plants, review with QA&TS team & close the complaint.
      • Check the pre-shipment samples of outsourced shirting & suiting fabrics in terms of finish & appearance, test report and provide approval through SAP.
      • Organize testing of samples received in Lifestyle Thane Labs, check and circulate the test results
      • Visit to vendors site for auditing & random inspection.
      • Visit manufacturing plants alongwith senior QA&TS personnel for quality audits and other QA related co-ordination
      • Co-ordinate with outside independent labs like WRA,, ITS, BTRA, etc. for requirements of testing from Sales, manufacturing or any other department
      • Evaluate the testing failures of shrting PSS and discuss the results with superiors.
      • Prepare MIS reports like complaint summary, C&D, etc.
