    • Performing the analysis, calibration and documentation.
    • Effective communication with DC ARD group leaders and Discovery chemistry team to resolve the issues.
    • Upload the analytical reports on SAP and update the sample analysis status.
    • Review and Approval of the analytical data.
    • Giving technical inputs and coordinating with the document team personnel for the preparation of documents.
    • Maintenance of the Auditable documents.
    • Product traceability.
    • Corrective and preventive actions as and where applicable.
    • Adherence to the calibration and preventive maintenance schedule.
    • Conducting Training.
    • Adherence to all operating procedures and laboratory practices
    • Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene
    • Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards at all times in the workplace
    • Wearing all PPE as required.
    • Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene s data integrity policies
    • Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times.
    Educational Qualification: M.scTechnical/functional Skills:
    • Allocate the work to the subordinates & supervision of the Team
    • Trouble shooting of the instruments.
    • Prepare preventive maintenance planner for the year and its adherence.
    • Monitoring the preventive maintenance schedule
    • Vendor co-ordination
    • Handling and resolving customer Issues
    • Monitoring the usage of spares.
    • Procurement of the spares.
    • Training the analysts on basic technical trouble shooting.
    • Generation and maintenance of Service/Maintenance records.
    • Review and approval of the document pertaining to Analytical Instrument Support team (AIS).
    • Supervision of the instruments status.
    • QA compliance.
    • EHSS adherence
