Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and organizing production schedules as per sales requirements.
  2. Assessing project and resource requirements & checking with material allotted by planning team for project.
  3. Determining Quality control standards & oversee scheduling and routine activities as well as first-line troubleshooting should be solved immediately.
  4. Overseeing production processes and should guide them to meet scheduled dates without fail.
  5. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment & machinery.
  6. Supervising and managing the work & activities of staff & organising relevant knowledge sharing if necessary.
  7. Ensure the needs of the employees are fulfilled and safe, secure work environment for all the people in the plant.
  8. Co-ordinating and communicating with drafting & planning team regarding drawings and material planning and job allocation to the contractors.
  9. Overseeing of all staff and workers to ensure they are performing their activities as per their responsibilities and report to the management.
  10. Should be able to master functions like Planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling, co-ordinating & co-operating with the remaining staff related to production efficiently.
  11. Should be best at communication levels and Man-handling.
  12. Ensuring all facilities are being used effectively and taken good care of them & giving best ideas to management about developments or new installations to be made for better output.
  13. Organising & following instructions given by management and should ensure it has been followed in time & perfectly.
  14. Responsible for whole plant activities including Production, Maintenance, Quality.
