Assistant Manager - CostingThis is a pivotal role within the Finance Organization. Supply Chain Cost is a key focus area of therefore, this role is encouraged to be the specialist in all costing matters who know all cost drivers at the lowest possible level, to be able to support management in key decision making. He will be the first point of contact for BU finance teams to investigate any cost variances vs the trends!Role & Responsibilities Understanding of costing Process in FMCG / Equipment Plant Finance and Supply chain Finance understanding Costing at SKU and its linkage to bill of material (BOM) level Rolling forecast skills and End to End of Costing / Factory / Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Insight generation related to material mix and understanding Category viewpoint P&L impact analysis and Risk & Opportunities derivations Category Understanding in FMCG Consultative skills to present granular to summarized view to BU partners and Storytelling using DashboardsKey Skills - Good FP&A background Eagerness, extra energy & dedication to make a difference Hyperion Essbase Smart view & hierarchies Passion for and understanding how businesses operate in a connected world Good influencing skills and interpersonal skills Experience in Advance excel / VBA, SAP & SAP BW, Power BI Visualization/ PPT Skills, Anaplan Planning Tool Problem Solving skills Being curious and always thinking one step ahead Owners approach on cost and growth Agility and knowing how to prioritise based on value creation!
