Job Description

Assistant Labour Compliance ManagerCorporate SolutionsWhat this job involves:Your role will involve managing Statutory labour and building compliances on behalf of JLL. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance of statutory labour laws and building regulatory requirements.Following would be your key deliverables:

  • Implementation of all statutory labour compliances such as CLRA labour license, ESI, PF, statutory returns and wages compliances
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and compliance certificates
  • Coordinate with respective stockholders and ensuring controls are put in place to mitigate the compliance risks
  • Liaison with third party agencies for periodic audits and ensuring full compliance
  • Preparing compliances reports for management review
  • Keeping track of building regulatory compliances such as CFO, Fire NOC, HSD storage license, OC, CEIG inspections and maintaining legal register
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders in implementing corrective actions for meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure timely filing of returns

  • Preferably Bachelor s Degree in any discipline
  • 3 years experience Facility Management Industry
  • Practical and working knowledge of corporate laws
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint documentation and administrative skills.
