Job Description

What this job involves:

  • Responsible for training, guiding and monitoring the team on day to day operations.
  • Handle customer complaints and constantly guide the team to work towards enhancing customer experience.
  • Framing SOPs and identifying the processes that need to be standardized.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, identify areas of improvement and share inputs with respective FM team.
  • Work towards improving the customer satisfaction score and increasing the survey response.
  • Work closely with Analyst to develop comprehensive monthly dashboards and various Helpdesk reports
  • Able to prepare dashboards and presentations for reviews.
  • Closely track aging tickets and work with respective site managers for closure.
  • Responsible for preparing the training schedule for the team and ensure all required trainings and briefings are organized for the team.
  • Set-up benchmarks for Helpdesk, guide and monitor the team deliverables on meeting the criteria set.
  • Evaluate team performance and have quality checks in place.
Sounds like you :
  • Graduation and above with 5-8 yrs. experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
  • Problem solving skills, Customer service & escalation
