Job Description

Who we are looking for:The Asset Servicing Product organization develops State Street s strategic roadmap for our custody, accounting and ancillary product offerings.Asset Servicing products account for over half of State Street s revenue and support some of the world s largest and most complex institutional investors such as Pensions, Asset and Alternative Managers, Insurance, and Sovereign Wealth funds. The Asset Servicing Product organization is looking for a Product Operations Lead to join their team.The individual will manage the operations of the product strategy, client engagement and product research functions, ensuring high quality client forums across all product families and managing the foundation for our product research activities. The individual will establish best practices for these areas and set the stage to build out the function to support product toolkits and industry intelligence materials.Why this role is important to us:The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible for:

  • Run Office Hours globally for clients, working across all product groups at State Street across regions
  • Report progress and status for Office Hours, including attendees and feedback
  • Lead the production and delivery of the weekly product bulletin
  • Lead distribution efforts for product collateral across different channels
  • Publish content to Seismic and the Product Content Center
  • Establish robust and consistent processes around client engagement activities that can be scalable across product families.
  • Establish an operational framework for the product research function so materials, subscriptions and data are easily accessible and reusable.
  • Lead the source review and approval of industry intelligence materials prior to publishing
Education and preferred qualifications
  • 10 years in financial services content management and product marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to run daily deliveries for clients
  • Well organized, highly driven and able to manage an initiative through conclusion
  • Ability to navigate complex global teams and work to get things done consistently and with quality
  • Experience building SOPs and ensuring they are followed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Good problem solver and trouble-shooter, with the ability to identify and analyze issues, and the energy to take ownership to solve
  • Data driven, intellectually curious, results-oriented, and comfortable in an ever-changing environment that is subject to shifting priorities and task load
  • Good project and program leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point) and associated management reporting tools
