Job Description

Responsibilities :- Successfully set up the offline sales and distribution operation for the organization in the area.- Drive the distribution expansion of the brand in offline channels (General trade & Modern Trade) across chosen geography.- Drive revenue growth in terms of Net sales Value (NSV), monitor the sales on day to day basis- Manage inventory and fill rates along with product freshness, by ensuring highest accuracy of demand forecast & coordination with planning & supply chain team.- Execute visibility programs developed by marketing to generate demand across channels.- Induct, train, develop & motivate team of sales executives & salesman to a desired level of consistent performance.- Collate data & prepare reports to track various parameters E.G. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement, Distribution Expansion etc.- Monitor & evaluate the summary of market returns, market outstanding etc.Desired Candidate :- A good candidate would be one with 3-4 years of FMCG sales experience with an educational background of MBA from Tier-1/ Tier-2 (top 30 B-schools), have a high action-orientation and drive for results, should be well conversant with RTM and GTM strategies.- In case of non-premier B-school candidates the experience would be 5-7 years/ of which 2-3 years should have worked as ASM.- Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behaviour.- Strong selling skills is must.- Individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the hands dirty- Identifies, builds, and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.- High on ethics and transparency- Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude with high level of ownershipOur Promise to You:- We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy over years of experience- We have no industry baggage and we are willing to try out new ideas.- We are always excited to hear from you- We will give an opportunity to create a once in a lifetime organization.,
