Job Description

    Store visits to meet the Store Managers to make a healthy relationship to drive our brand sale.
    1. Maintaining the basic hygiene in store level at all the ISP & Non ISP stores.
    2. Ensuring all the offers and Planograms are communicated with all the store team.
    3. Marketing & Procurement in Vast Categories of Multiple products
    4. Target Planning.
    5. Assigning Daily & Monthly Team Targets According to Categories.
    6. Managing & Consolidating the Targets v/s Achievements.
    7. Leading Sales Team of ISPs.
    8. Focusing on hourly Sales extraction & Monitoring Daily Task aligned to Team.
    9. On boarding New ISPs.
    10. Analyzing Day to day Sales Achievement, Sales Productivity, Product penetrations.
    11. Liquidation of focus Products.
    12. Conducting Training sessions & Review meet on productivity
