Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business they were made just right for you.Job PurposeThe Technology landscape of asset products has been constantly evolving due to emerging market needs. With this, there is a good amount of technology pipeline that constantly caters to these products.With products related to wide ranging market requirements from unsecured Lending to Gold Loans to Mortgages, the underlying technology can and needs to be optimally built to cater to these products. This requires a team to focus across asset products and have a view on similarities between them in terms of technology adoption and help out the product teams in optimizing these builds and mange the pipeline effectively.Along with this, there is a need to ensure that such builds work well for which a robust UAT needs to be ensured in coordination with all stakeholders involved.Key Accountabilities
    1. Manage the technology pipeline for the asset products with help of the lead and team
    2. Keep a constant focus on the builds and think in the view of the reusability of the same across the products
    3. Work with team on UAT to track the progress for the items being delivered
    4. Track the progress of the builds with the help of Technology counterparts
    5. Understand the underlying technical architecture and help out the product teams for resolving any issues to the extent possible
    6. Work with the team to do the budgeting exercise for the technology items
    Job Duties & responsibilitiesThe role entails(with help from the Lead/Team) working with Asset Product teams and the technology teams to streamline and manage the pipeline, coordinate on the UAT testing across stakeholders.The scope also includes to work with the team to optimize the builds across products, find opportunities to optimize the builds.Understand the underlying architecture of the product with guidance from the team and find out solutions to deal with any issuesHelp the team to do the annual tech budgeting exerciseTrack the UAT, production issues and assess the impact of the same with help from the product teamsSend periodic reports to management on the UAT/Issues etc.Required Experience Project ManagementDevelopment/AutomationTechnical Architecture/API3-5 Years3 Years3 YearsTechnical CompetenciesCompetencyLevel of ProficiencyBasic Moderate Master
