Job Description

    Our client is a multinational company with operations across 30 locations in 20 countries worldwideWe are looking for a dynamic leader to head their Global Services office in Hyderabad and managing all aspects of Customer service, Project deliverables and operations.Reporting to the CIO in the US, you will be :- Responsible for and accountable for defining, directing, monitoring and managing all service delivery activity and support functions for the group IT needs- Overseeing the management of operations and internal account management,- Driving the cost efficiency of the centre, maximizing the India teams throughput & productivity and focus on the inclusive culture of the company.Roles & Responsibilities :- Drive the Fulfilment, Service and Operations strategic direction- Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction, measured through formal and informal feedback.- Manage and mitigate risks across Technical and Operational processes and customer servicing functions.- Drive business growth through partnership with other Onsite Leadership Team to implement solutions for customers globally.- Enhance the workplace through leadership, employee engagement and personnel development.- Experience in digital and the ability to understand technology to translate data into key business metrics and decision making.- Work with business partners to accurately forecast and support business growth strategies.- Ability to prioritize company objectives and meet aggressive deadlines.Eligibility :- Experience working with MNC ideally with US-based MNC.- A minimum of 20+ years of Experience in a similar role in IT engineering / IT Software Industry- 10+ experience in managing all aspects (Delivery & operations) of an offshore centre - Ability to clearly craft, communicate, measure, and manage expectations of stakeholders.- Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable, engineering environmentThis job opening was posted long time back.
