Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns consisting of email flows, web page builds, and social media and paid advertising management for both new business generation and member renewal
  • Adhere to company editorial best practices across all marketing channels
  • Execute against key milestones on the Marketing content calendar, completing campaigns and page builds according to the agreed upon timelines and communicating any roadblocks to success to appropriate constituents
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance to uncover actionable insights that will increase efficiency and performance of our marketing efforts
  • Execute and recommend landing page, web page, social media, and email testing plans to optimize conversion performance for retention goals
  • Contribute to SEO, UX and cross merchandising strategies for our website
  • Assist in the development of lead nurturing campaigns that turn passive inquiries into qualified leads ready for sales contact
  • Report results, analyze product/contact trends, and communicate roadblocks to sales, marketing, and account management leadership on a regular basis
  • Maintain the day-to-day management of team dashboards & metric reporting, including recommending adjustments to share across teams
  • Partner with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure timely follow up to generated leads/member service
  • Maintain industry knowledge across a diverse range of topics in marketing and assigned health care terrain
  • Develop expertise in marketing best practices and share lessons learned with Research leadership teams for renewal optimization
  • Continuously hone digital marketing technology expertise across a wide array of automation and optimization software platforms including but not limited to Oracle - Eloqua, Sprinklr, Sitecore, Webtrends, Google Adwords, and Visual Optimization Manager
  • Track and report what types of content are leveraged most frequently and are most effective as a way to determine where efforts should be invested in creating new content for both existing members and prospects
  • Achieve high standards of productivity and timeliness
  • Proactively edit existing collateral and/or scripting to reflect latest market intelligence while being aware of and adhering to brand guidelines
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited College/University
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in product marketing, digital marketing, marketing management, marketing communications, business development, market development, product management or related roles
  • Proven record of success in current position
  • Proven track record of working in a commercial culture
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
