Job Description

    Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office procedures, assisting with human resources functions, and supporting management in day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities:
    • Office Management: Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Ensure the office environment is organized and functional.
    • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office records.
    • Calendar and Travel Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.
    • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders. Handle inquiries and resolve administrative issues.
    • Document Management: Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
    • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office needs and negotiate contracts as required.
    • Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
    • Human Resources Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
