Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:Job Title:Account Manager(Domestic IT Staffing)Experience Level: 5+ YearsJob Location: Hyderabad(Jubilee Hills)Position Summary:Looking for an energetic self-starter with outstanding organization skills and natural net-worker whose adept at building relationships. Youll oversee team of recruiters and responsible for quality delivery.As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with the portfolio of Clients, youll work with Team of BDMs and Recruiters internally, win trust and confidence.Youll deliver and support hiring, training, mentoring, collaborating with leadership team to bring the best practices to leverage success.Youll be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting and P&L. You will be the go to person for Team of recruiters and Clients.Key Responsible Areas:Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.Prioritize the requirements and assign them, based on the team members individual caliber and expertise.Build competency among the teams, schedule clients calls and provide orientation about clients and requirements.Formalize the JDs with Pre-qualification questionnaire and post them in ATS along with additional information for recruiters to be able to submit suitable profiles .Clear the queue of internal submissions instantly and Inform the clients on the number of submissions against to each open position and gain understanding of the position status and ongoing changes of compensation and client expectations.Maintain a master tracker for all your submitted candidates to each of the clients.Internal Rejections revert to the respective recruiters with a short note on Rejection with a copy to BD.Confirm schedules of candidates with clients and ensure to follow up with internal teams and candidates to control No Shows. Keep the clients informed upon candidates arrival at the Venue for F2F and readiness for Tcon.Always be on top to get the feedback from clients on all the submitted candidates on a regular basis to reduce the pending list of submissions. Extracted feedback through conversations for rejected candidates should be communicated to recruiting team and suggest them on revising the search strategy.Forward the feedback to the respective recruiters and ensure to revert to the clients as quick as possible.While you interact with clients frequently, keep getting updates on the future developed opportunities.Maintain frequent interactions with offered candidates through their recruiters and keep the internal teams and clients updated on the progress.Challenges on each of the tough positions maintain a dialogue with clients and seek for assistance from them and line managers.Maintain thorough communication from Offer to placement stage with candidates and clients and arrange the documentation as well keep the data for internal accounting purpose. Placed candidates information should be shared with internal teams for invoicing.Actively participates in internal and clients meetings, performance reviews of team members, Interviews and other related eventsTime to time as an individual do take help from the management on the areas where you might need additional assistance to bring efficiency and build effective delivery to the clients on meeting the tight deadlines.
