    Position - Purchase and Stores ExecutiveCompany - JR Sensing and Technologies Pvt. LtdLocation - HosurRoles & Responsibility1Issuance of Purchase order with respect to quotation2Price Negotiation & comparison of multiple quotations with delivery date3Ensure of materials are to be received as per the schedule -On time4Getting the samples from the supplier as per the requirement5Physical Inventory checking physically with system data6Freight /Courier booking for domestic & International shipments7Prepare the dispatch plan of finished goods with actual delivery8Prepare the draft invoice and packing list for Domestic & Export dispatch9Packing of finished materials as per the packing breakdown10Maintain the stock management data for warehouse and FG12Prepare Department Required Documents.13Develops a purchasing strategy14Reviews and processes purchase orders.15Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.16Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.17Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.18Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.19Coordinates with follow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.RequirementsKey Knowledge : Vendor Development, Rate Negotiation, Lead Time Reduction, Alternate Supplier Development.,
