Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of your branch under poultry farms
• Ensure that all aspects of the farm are running efficiently and effectively
• Train your branch Incharge ,supervise farm employees and Workers
• Monitor and maintain the birds health and well-being of your under branch farms
• Develop and implement protocols for biosecurity, birds welfare, and environmental sustainability
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the farm
• Prepares egg production, feed consumption, and poultry mortality reports
• Assigns works to your under farm incharges, such as collecting and candling eggs, feeding and vaccinating poultry,
• Feed management & vaccinations
• Monitoring birds performance and handle health related activities
