Key ResponsibilitiesA. Coaching Delivery:1. Responsible for establishing and delivering a safe & fun Gymnastics club within a multi-sports environment2. Responsible for planning and delivering safe & fun Gymnastics coaching sessions3. To assist all participants in reaching their full potential within recreational activity focussing on lifelong participation and progression where appropriate through the Long Term People Development levels4. To lead and coordinate the Gymnastics coaching team, and provide advice and support to assistant coaches and helpers5. Prepare venue, equipment and all activities in line with minimum operating standards making the safety of young people paramount6. Commit to a programme of continued development to ensure that coaching provided is of the highest quality and includes taking part in an annual induction7. Adopt a fair and equitable approach to coaching at all times. This includes adapting sessions to cater for individuals with a different range of abilities regardless of age, gender, race or disabilityB. Other duties:8. To undertake all appropriate administrative duties and to liaise with the General Manager/Trustees with regards to admissions, fees9. To provide clear, progressive and accessible development paths for participants and coaches of all abilities and give feedback on progression10. To aid in the organisation and delivery of community outreach projects for Gymnastics11. To ensure that every member is made aware of the Movement Park membership services and benefits and have them readily available to them at all times12. Abide by and promote charity policies; e.g. child protection, fair play and equal opportunities to all members13. To create and maintain a healthy working relationship with the local active schools network14. To facilitate and deliver events that further the operational targets of the charity
