FunctionOperationsPay BandMiddle ManagementRoleAs the TM/LINE INCHARGE-MAINTENANCE-ENGINE you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Maintenance(EPM)The purpose of your role will be to responsible for Breakdown maintenance and effective planned maintenance to minimize the BD ensuring safety guidelines adherence for the manufacturing setup.A purpose driven role for youYour key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Day to day breakdown & Preventive maintenance 2. Execution of countermeasure and Horizontal deployment 3. Knowledge of CNC & PLC trouble shooting 4. Implementation of TPM, 5S & TEI activities to improve the employee engagement & efficiency. 5. To ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly shop floor with in his shift. 6. Strengthening DWM activities on Shop FloorA Day in the lifePreparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment . Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement. Documentation and reporting of ProductionAcademic Qualification & Experience1. B.Tech in electrical Engg with 3 to 5 2. Diploma in electrical Engg with 5 to 9 years of relevant experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge1. MS Office, SAP & PPT 2. 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS 3. Robot Operations / SCADA System 4. Knowledge about CNC and PLCtrouble shooting 6. Safety protocols exposure for handling of electronics parts 7. Hand on experience of Fanuc Controls, Mitsubishi PLC , HMI,VFD 8. Exposure on Grinding , CNC Drilling, VMC 9. Honing, Induction Hardening, Robots, Spot &Seam Welding Machines, 10. Experience on Marposs On line Gauging SystemBehavioural Skills1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. 3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills 4.
