Designation - Relationship managerLocation - Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Pune, Ujjain, Shivpuri(Madhya Pradesh)Roles & Responsibilities:
• Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of financial advisors/agents, including regular meetings and interactions.
• Train financial advisors/agents on using our app to efficiently and effectively serve their customers.
• Drive productivity among partners, focusing on renewals and maintaining concentration on core goals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets as assigned by the manager or organization.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain full compliance.
• Uphold the highest standards of business hygiene.
• Identify and implement new strategies to expand reach and increase sales within the assigned region.
• Handle the distribution of various products, including motor, life, and health insurance, as well as loans, credit cards, NPS, and other products introduced by the organization.
