Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) AnalystLocation: GwaliorCompany: TechCarrelJob Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:Test Development and Execution:Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Conduct integration, migration, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve system and web application issues.Defect Management:Record defect backlog items and report testing results.Collaborate with the development team to resolve testing defects promptly.Requirements Traceability:Trace requirements to test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage for full system integration tests.API Testing:Conduct API testing using appropriate tools and methodologies.BDD/TDD Practices:Implement BDD/TDD practices using tools like Cucumber/Gherkin (preferred).Software QE Methodology:Apply software quality engineering concepts and methodologies.Perform functional, integration, regression, End-to-End (E2E), and user. acceptance testing (UAT).Requirement Validation:Ensure that functional and technical requirements are met through rigorous system, regression, performance, and interface testing.Test Case Management:Develop comprehensive and detailed test cases.Perform regressive, smoke, and reverse testing to ensure product quality.Testing Tools Administration:Perform functional administration, configuration, and utilization of various testing tools.Metrics and Reporting:Collect, track, and report test metrics.Provide regular test status updates and briefs to leadership.Collaboration:Work collaboratively with the development team to review design specifications and acceptance criteria.Research and solve user problems by analyzing existing systems.Documentation:Update and maintain system user documentation.Requirements:Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.Strong understanding of software QE concepts, recommended practices, and methodologies.Experience with API testing tools.Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices, preferably using Cucumber/Gherkin.Ability to develop detailed and comprehensive test cases.Proficiency in performing various types of testing (functional, integration, regression, E2E, UAT).Experience in recording and managing defects and reporting testing results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Internet reimbursement Paid sick timeSchedule: Day shiftShift allowanceEducation: Bachelors (Preferred)Experience: Testing: 2 years (Preferred) Quality assurance: 2 years (Preferred,
