Location : Orissa & Bhubaneshwar Designation: State HR Recruitment Planning & Sourcing Regional Level - Talent Acquisition Responsible for vacancies as per approved budgets for all positions Vacancy closure as per TATs Adopt an optimal mix for sourcing candidates Follow the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment initiatives at the region level. Obtaining complete key documents of candidate offer and sending it timely to Corporate HR team Maintain adequate pipeline of candidates for all positions Responsible for end to end campus hiring for campuses Should be aware of hiring trends by competitors and maintain relevant data. Explain company Profile, key benefits, job profile to job applicants. Employee Relations Train new employees on HR guidelines and facilitate implementation of new policies. Educate employees on HR policies and procedures Shall be a key person in delivering HR Policies and practices at the field level. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. To develop and deliver a branch contact strategy within the region as required by the Zonal Head. To represent the department in relation to functional areas of activity and to ensure that other members of the team are kept fully informed of decisions and developments in that area. Investigate HR issues and enact disciplinary measures when necessary ,
