Job Description

    Market/ Client Completing the applicable and relevant risk management processes related to Client and Engagement Acceptance & Continuance, based on information provided by the CST. Execution of work tickets allotted, adhering to the SOP of the respective risk processes. Discuss with CST and understand risk evaluation related documents shared by them. Keep track of the updates in the relevant Risk Process Questionaires and share information to the peers and seniors. Guide the newly joined Analysts in the entire process of training, execution of work tickets and other administrative compliances. Awareness of relevant developments in business and econmomic enviornment in India as well as global markets, which are likely to have an impact on the Firm s client acceptance and continuance process. Feedback from CST on Tickets and Emails Ability to execute allocated engagement types. Compliance to Turn Around Time (TAT) as per agreed norms. Ability to handle multiple tasks or tickets and prioritization Ability to learn new skills and suggest improvement in existing processes. To support junior and senior colleagues in the assignments in a fruitful manner.Quality Delivering high quality CST work in light of changing risk processes Ensures compliance with risk management process SOPs, guidelines and updates Innovation- Suggest new ideas to make existing work efficent Adhere to operational excellence norms as per the ICoE Quality Standards Continuous learning and sharpening of technical and other skills / knowledge acquired through training and on the job work experience Number of successful projects delivered Feedback from Client Service Team, Process Lead and Team Lead Ratings on Quality and Timeliness Improving the performance based on the work experience and CST feedback Ability to handle multiple tasks or tickets and prioritization Process improvements suggested and best practices sharedPeople Ensure effective utilization across projects. Ensure compliance with all office operating procedures-timesheets, dress code, leaves, office time, goal setting, interim and year end reviews. 100% adherence to L&D initiatives of ICoE Completion of all mandatory trainings System generated reports and documented feedback Contribution beyond daily work towards Team or ICoE level initiatives Number of new joiners trained to be work ready Mentoring, providing guidance to existing team membersFinancial Strength Continually strive to understand the economic environment in which the business operates and provide excellent support to CST. Broaden skill set by investing in technology/digitalization to add value in this dynamic environment Being up to date with latest changes in risk processes leading to reduce time spent on research by self and TLs on tickets. Ability to understand the firm structure including Lines of Services, nature of engagements, differences between Audit and Non Audit Services Minimum utilization should be clocked above 90% at all times. Leverage firm s internal tools and resources to up skill, use automation to save cost or time. Fungibility displayed leading to better utilization across all processes / engagement types.Public Trust Awareness about internal & external regulatory / independence requirements and strict compliance to the same Completion of all risk / IT Security/ independence related training on time with zero tolerance Key Skills: KILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Qualifications: Graduates (B. Com, BBA, BBS)Experience: Min. relevant PQE is 1-2 years from other Big4s, KPO (Non voice processes)/industry. Expertise in areas of Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Companies Act is preferredSkills or Knowledge:Skill or knowledge area Level or depth required Why is it required Verbal and written communication skills High level of competence required Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for client/stakeholder relationship building. Imperative to have polished written skills required in drafting responses Project and Stakeholder management skills High level of competence required To facilitate effective relationship with Client Service Team/ internal stakeholder relationship management, quality deliverable. MS Office High level of competence required Proficiency in MS Advanced Excel, Outlook and moderate level in Power Point are required for ease of data processing and creation of reports.Learning Path Interventions: Corporate Etiquettes Learning the basics when working in a consulting firm. Writing Effective Emails Learning to write effective emails internally as well as to external stakeholders. Next Level Key Indicators: Planning and coordinate engagement/projects High level of competence required Expectations are to provide seamless support to CST and the team.
