DescriptionThe DeliveryOps and PeopleOps role (APAC) are interconnected; they are the two most human dependent functions in our business; and to a certain extend one depends on the other as DeliveryOps will need a steady stream of team members over the course of the companys explosive growth and the People function will deliver this; the concentration of this is highest in Asia. The leader needs to be able to balance qualitative and quantitative measures for the health of the respective departments.Why should you join This role is not for the faint hearted; it is challenging, diverse and needs to be driven with both a numerical and an empathetic side.
