To interface with the Strategy, CTO, CIO and sourcing teams to guide on global best practices, network and business evolution paths. To organise customer workshops for network and technology evolution. Prepare Market Insight- (Macroeconomic, Regulatory, Customers, and Competitors) to help in CEO business decision making. Prepare M&A analysis to facilitate the top management team Understand customers requirements/pain points, plan the solutions, and establish delivery strategies. Customer relationship development. Interfacing with Services, Purchase and sub-vendors for timely and profitable execution of the projects. DCN planning, Network planning and cross-connect planning Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Optical Line terminating equipment, flexible multiplexes, CISCO Switches, ECI MUX, and competing/ related products.
