Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
    • Identify customer needs and recommend products and services based on their requirements
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
    • Achieve set sales targets
    • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth
    • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitor activities
    • Contribute to team and organizational goals through active participation in meetings and training session
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to persuade and influence customers to purchase products and services
    • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
