Job Description

    Brief Role Description:We are looking at technically oriented Engineers who are passionate about evolving and building world class products. As a Technical Lead Engineer, you will lead by example in creating a high-performance team that will disrupt the existing paradigms. You will work closely with product owners to understand the vision, objectives and help in creating a road-map for the product which is further broken down into stories that are delivered in sprintsPrincipal Accountabilities:Lead and Mentor the team technically.Participate in the full software development lifecycle and write code that is performant, maintainable, clear and conciseBuild and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant and scalable platformTranslate Business Requirements into system designReview the design, architecture, code, test cases of the work completed by the team.Decompose and assign work to the team.Effort estimation for the new requirements or any changes required in the product.Developing framework required for any specific requirements that can support junior developersPreparing HLD and LLD documents, particularly for complex modules that cannot be handled by junior developers.Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.Work closely with internal teams like Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solutioning team) and external stakeholders (Customer)Own E2E ownership on delivering product or project.Regular update to stakeholders on project/product progressContribute to sprint planning and reviewSkills & Abilities:Must have extensive experience in product architecture, design and development using Core JAVA, J2EE TechnologiesMust have experience in REST API development.Must have experience in Databases like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDBMust have excellent experience in debugging and Problem SolvingMust be good in finding RCA and writing RCA for the problemsMust have experience in writing Junit test casesMust have experience on GIT, MavenGood to have knowledge of Redis and other in-memory databases.Must have experience in designing & developing applications/ microservices using spring boot and middleware like Kafka and RabbitMQ.Good to have knowledge on WEB Servers like TomcatGood to have knowledge on E2E automation using rest assured, POSTMAN Java scripts.Good to have in Customer interactions with excellent communication skillsGood to have experience on Agile methodologyGood to have knowledge on micro-service architectureGood to have a payment domain experience
