Job Description

Urgent Hiring forTEAM LEADERinGurgaonLocation:-Location:- GurgaonSalary-As per industry NormsAn MNC healthcare outsourcing KPO is looking for Team Leader

  • The work involves Handling a team of 20-25 process associate ,
  • looking at medical documents being faxed to our computers and identifying them by their types with correct patient details.
  • As one can imagine Accuracy is a critical requirement. The work is completely backend and needs accuracy and focus as key skills.

  • Should have 1+ Experience in Team Handling
  • Communicate comfortably with the client
  • Ability to handle large size on team
  • Managing a team of 20-25 Process Associate
  • Responsible for completion of the team target.
  • Providing necessary training and guidance to team members.
  • KPI of Team Leader - Attrition/shrinkage
  • Understand the requirement of Client
Seasonal Rotational shifts(Days shift) 9.30 am-6 pm(Night Shift) 7pm- 3.30 am
  • Fixed week-offs of Saturday & Sunday
  • No bar for a right candidate.
  • meal facilities available for night Shift
  • CAB only for night shift
  • Budget Range :- 25k to 35k
  • Very Good Communication Skills required
  • Team handling Experience in must to have
  • Flexible for both shift
