Job Description

Position will lead initiative efforts for a significant development around customer relationship analysis. Role will include driving design, development, testing and deployment for key customer relationship efforts around Preferred Rewards, Anti Money Laundering and bankruptcy analysis. Will need to interface with multiple teams across the enterprise for successful completion of projects, including architecture, data management, business development, compliance and infrastructure. This role is required to provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives and to serve as a fully seasoned technical resource. Responsibilities

  • Should be able to understand business requirement specs and develop quality designs and code
  • Involved in Designing (HLD/LLD), Coding, Unit testing, Component Integration testing , System Integration testing and implementation
  • Participate/host calls independently with onshore technology teams in requirement gathering meetings and proactively clarify doubts
  • Should be dedicated to learning the existing Application functionality and becoming Subject Matter Experts
  • Own the task assigned and keep all the stakeholders informed about the status

  • Experience: 6 to 8 years
Mandatory skills
  • Working knowledge in Hadoop
  • Experience working with a regulated financial organizations is nice to have
  • Self-starter capability, ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
  • Technology DataStage with Linux/Unix background
  • Lead Developer Role with around 4-6 years IT Experience in Development Projects
  • Experience in Architecting new Application and frameworks, providing Design and Solutions for complex projects impacting multiple channels
  • Data security governance expertise
  • Data Warehousing experience, building operational ETL data pipelines across a number of sources, and constructing relational and dimensional data models
  • Ability to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information and identifying linkages across disparate data sets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting in a clear, timely, and professional manner
  • Proven ability in clearly communicating complex solutions
  • Excel in team collaboration and working with others from diverse skill-sets and backgrounds
  • Should be able to participate or conduct conference calls with tech and business users
