Job Description

Job Details:

Lot of potential and opportunity to learn new technologies and implementing them Exploring multiple tools and evaluating them based on different criteria Will be working in end to end implementation of RPA solutions Lot of interaction with stakeholders and setting expectations

Responsibilities

Will help in gaining efficiency in different process Streamlining the operations Implementing RPA solutions across departments/datasets Training different groups of people and scaling the RPA model

What we re looking For :

A person who is resourceful, adaptable, creative, and detailed/results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.

Basic Qualification:

  • 3 -5 years of experience
  • Expertise in Blue prism software/RPA is a prerequisite.
  • Should be Blue Prism developer accredited.
  • Looking for someone who has good understanding of domains
  • Knowledge of any programming language will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence concepts will be preferred
  • Must have good operational skills
  • Knowledge on business processes and product is required
  • Should be able to identify the right tool for the implementing robotics and what technologies are best suited.
  • Ability to work in a cross functional, multi geography teams to identify and implement RPA projects, linked to domain priorities
  • Should be willing to train resources on RPA and drive projects
  • Creativity and problem solving thinking beyond the obvious with an ability to create new ideas and convert them into actionable plans and execute upon them
  • Ability to build strong relationship and influence internal clients and stakeholders
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication to large groups and/or senior staff
  • Ability to get engagement and buy-in

Preferred Qualification :

  • Working with other cultures and time-zones (global environment).
  • Proactive approach to anticipating client issues and challenges, and initiating solutions which carry through to resolution.
  • Proactive to identify opportunities to enhance existing processes to make them leaner and nimble.
