About the opportunityDepartment DescriptionThe global cybersecurity & Information security (GCIS) department is a part of the Global Technology department. The Technology function provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day to day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation.Global cybersecurity & Information security (GCIS) is responsible for:
• Cyber Security: Protecting the Technology Environment from internal and external security threats,
• Application Security (through secure coding practices, penetration testing, and developer training)
• IAM Operations working to principles of least privilege, access appropriate to role, and Role Based Access Control Security Assurance & Compliance
• Infrastructure Security
• Vulnerability Management
• Security Engineering and Architecture
• IAM Product working on engineering, supporting & implementing new IAM solutions providing security controls in products like Identity governance & administration, Privileged access management, PKI and Enterprise directory services.
• Cyber Defence Operations
Purpose of the RoleAs part of the wider GCIS group, the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function is responsible for managing access to FIL applications and infrastructure, and importantly ensuring access is provisioned appropriately, according to role. The team enforces principles of least privilege, working in a controlled and regulated environment. The IAM team carry out the following key tasks provisioning/de-provisioning, access review and recertification, role management, access request support, audit support, and other access related activities.This role will own the operational process such as Joiner/Leaver/Transfers while running the key operational tasks described above. The senior technical analyst role will also be responsible for coordination and collaboration with their counter part in the wider IAM team, located in India, UK, and Asia-Pac. In addition, role will be responsible to run the compliance and governance activities for the organisation and to compliant with the organisation s Information Security policies.The successful candidate will have experience in security areas like Access provisioning, Role based access control, Identity Management, Least Privilege, Risk management, and audit. The successful candidate will have very good communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of Management.This role demands a highly motivated individual, with energy and enthusiasm, and an ability to motivate others within the team. The candidate should be able to support continued use of automation wherever possible to improve efficiency and accuracy of access management. The candidate will be able to effectively demonstrate Access Controls, supporting audit activities, and make clear recommendations for changes and improvements to existing processes, where appropriate.Key Responsibilities
• Complying to the Role Based Access Control approach
• 3rd party Application Access Control System and Operational Security Support
• Responsibility for maintaining, granting and removing access to various platforms/applications.
• Working with business departments, data owners, and others to ensure that Business Roles/Functional Roles are maintained that meet the business requirements
• Adherence to strict security procedures and Fidelity Information security policies and standards
• Ensuring standard approach across all Business Roles and minimise any anomalies
• Automation and Improvement to enhance the operational efficiency in work processes
• Perform analysis & remediation activities to ensure security compliance
• Communicate issues, solutions and status to senior management
• Co-ordination with other Business Units for operational work
• Support Audit and Compliance Activities
• Project Management Support
• Application on boarding, Automation and Integration Support Services for existing Applications
• Timely reporting of the key tasks to the Management
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction and coverage
Experience and Qualifications Required
• 3 - 5 years of IT work experience covering system, security and network administration.
• B.E/MCA/B Tech Any Graduate or preferably with diploma in Computers preferably from reputed institute.
• MCSE, ITIL, Security, ISO 27001 will be an advantage
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management fundamentals & technologies
• Relevant experience in Identity & Access Management domain
• Good understanding of role engineering techniques
• Adequate knowledge of Information Security Concepts
• In-depth knowledge of mixed operating system technologies like Windows, Linux, UNIX and AS400.
• Adequate knowledge of MS Access for automation along with construction for SQL queries for Data Extraction and Transformation will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners
• Self-starter, creative, disciplined, result-oriented, and devoted team player
• Ability to work closely with cross functional teams
• Analytical approach for problem solving techniques
• Robust experience in the Identity & Access Management domain
• Good understanding of role engineering techniques
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Working knowledge of development technology
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Advance skills on MS Excel/Power point
• Ability to delve into details
• Strong analytical skills with innovative mind set
