Job Description

    • Responsible for the bidding process regarding proposal for control & safety system (DCS, SCADA, PLC, Digital Platform Cyber Security & Advisors) including service solutions, process design consulting or manufacturing services.
    • Develops the final pricing and technical proposals associated with a bid.
    • Maintains an open line of communication with customers and sales staff in order to ensure that customers receive quotations that are both economical and meet the technical requirements of a project.
    • Prepare minimum compliance, cost effective proposals and consistently strive to improve the efficiency and accuracy of proposal generation in Control, Safety, PLC, Advanced Applications, Digital and Instrumentation.
    , * Minimum Requirements Education A Bachelor s Degree in an engineering-related discipline (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Controls Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering etc.). Experience Title Minimum total experience for system Minimum proposal experience Proposal Specialist 8~10 years 5~6 years
    • Knowledge in industrial process controls, Safety, SCADA, PLC and Resale related systems.
    • Familiarity with Control systems, Cyber security, Digital requirements, Field Instruments, LEAN Concepts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work as part of a pursuit team to ensure the quality of the proposal and that meets the client s specifications.
    • Skills in Microsoft Office tools in Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, basic CAD.

Process Automation Services A strong knowledge and understanding of the predominant Automation firms, products, services and solutions that are most important to large global firms. In the field of Process Operation. Professional Skills: 1. Organized Works in a systematic and structured manner to ensure tasks are performed efficiently with a minimum use of resources, time or effort. 2. Communications Uses various communication methods to ensure the entire pursuit team is apprised of important information. 3. Technology expertise Strong appreciation and understanding of key current and emerging technologies, third party solutions and packaged software applications of importance to the global markets. Personal Attributes: 1. Decisive appropriately pursues business objectives with a bias for action and getting things done and ability to prioritize and multi-task. 2. Change Resilient/Adaptable / Agile highly organized, disciplined, and handles complex, ambiguous or stressful situations in a calm, professional manner. 3.
